摘要
在新时代的中国,意识形态安全管理是国家为确保作为主流意识形态的社会主义核心价值观思想体系在意识形态领域占据主导地位的一项复杂的系统工程,对于进一步加强社会主义意识形态建设具有重大的战略意义。但在当前,我国意识形态领域面临的内外环境依然复杂,而在我国意识形态安全的管理中,还仍然存在着如实效性差、监管度低、处理能力弱等诸多潜在的风险与问题,亟需要在意识形态安全管理的原则、战略、机制、组织、阵地方面下功夫,不断探索与推动意识形态安全管理在新时代的新路向。
In the new era of China,ideological security management is a complex systematic project to ensure that the ideological system of socialist core values,as the mainstream ideology,occupies a dominant position in the ideological field.It is of great strategic significance to further strengthen the construction of socialist ideology.However,at present,the internal and external environment facing China's ideological field is still complex.In the management of China's ideological security,there are still many potential risks and problems,such as poor effectiveness,low degree of supervision,weak handling capacity and so on.It is urgent to make efforts in the principles,strategies,mechanisms,organizations,and positions of ideological security management,and constantly explore and promote the new direction of Ideological Security Management in the new era.
