摘要
多环芳烃(PAHs)是一类重要的原油生物标志物和主要的环境污染物。准确测定多环芳烃对石油地球化学和环境保护领域均有重要意义。传统的土壤中多环芳烃检测采用索氏提取或加速溶剂萃取等提取方法,过程中存在耗时长、消耗溶剂量大、操作较为复杂等问题,不利于大批量样品的高速高效检测。本研究采用超声波作为提取手段,结合气相色谱-质谱检测方法,对提取过程中的提取时间、提取溶剂种类、提取溶剂量以及提取温度进行了优化,开发了一种土壤样品中16种多环芳烃高效便捷的检测方法。该方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,测方法线性相关性好,实际样品检测的回收率介于71.6%~96.6%之间,3次检测结果间相对标准偏差介于4.16%~7.26%之间。方法操作简便快捷、试剂消耗量少、提取时间短,适用于大批量样品的检测。
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons(PAHs)are important biomarkers in crude oil and environmental pollutants.Accurate detection of PAHs is of great significance in the fields of petroleum geochemistry and environmental protection.Traditional methods for detecting PAHs in soil using Soxhlet extraction or accelerated solvent extraction as the extraction method,which are time-consuming,consume large amount of solvent in the extraction process and complicated to operate,and not conducive to high-speed and efficient detection of large quantities of samples.In this study,ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract the target PAHs in the sample,combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method,an efficient and convenient method for the detection of 16 PAHs in soil samples was developed by optimizing the extraction time,extraction solvent type,extraction solvent amount and extraction temperature.The method was tested with good precision,accuracy and good linear correlation,the recovery of PAHs in real soil samples were from 71.6%to 96.6%,the RSD of three test of each PAHs were from 4.16%to 7.26%.Therefore,the method is simple to operate,saving in solvent and time which is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples.
