摘要
目的探讨甲硝唑与头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联用治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎患儿的疗效。方法选择浙江省永康医院收治的急性化脓性阑尾炎患儿100例,采用随机数字表法分为单药治疗组与联合治疗组,每组各50例,单药治疗组予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠静脉给药治疗,联合治疗组以单药治疗为基础联合甲硝唑静脉给药治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应及药物经济学方面的差异。结果联合治疗组治疗效果明显优于单药治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗后白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比率、降钙素原及C反应蛋白水平明显低于单药治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);单药治疗组的药品费、检查费和治疗费及总成本明显低于联合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性化脓性阑尾炎患儿的抗感染治疗中,甲硝唑、头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联用治疗效果更好,且不影响用药安全性;但单用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠更加经济。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of metronidazole combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium has application in children with acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods A total of 100 children with acute suppurative appendicitis admitted to Yongkang Hospital were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into a monotherapy group of 50 cases and a combined treatment group of 50 cases.The treatment group was based on single-drug therapy combined with intravenous metronidazole,and the differences between the two groups in terms of treatment effect,adverse reactions and pharmacoeconomics were analyzed.Results The treatment effect of the combined treatment group was obviously better than that of the single drug treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,neutrophil ratio,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein levels in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the single drug treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug fee,examination and treatment fee and total cost of the monotherapy group were significantly lower than those of the combination therapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the anti-infection treatment of children with acute suppurative appendicitis,the combination of metronidazole and cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium has a better therapeutic effect and will not affect the safety of drug use,but the cost of cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium alone is more economical.
