摘要
研究对跟骨骨折患者采用棉垫加压包扎联合负压引流对其术后切口并发症的预防价值。方法:选取我院2015年10月-2020年10月择期行手术治疗的跟骨骨折患者110例作为研究对象,按计算机分组法将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组在常规包扎的基础上实施负压引流,观察组在棉垫加压包扎基础上实施负压引流,比较2组治疗效果。结果:经实施不同方式进行包扎引流后,观察组的VSD引流量、VSD引流停止时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均低于对照组;切口相关并发症发生率为7.27%(4/55),显著低于对照组的18.18%(10/55);Mareland足部评分优良率为92.73%(51/55),高于对照组的81.82%(45/55);治疗满意率为94.55%(52/55),高于对照组的81.82%(45/55)。以上数据经对比差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:为跟骨骨折患者术后实施棉垫加压包扎联合负压引流可有效缩短患者手术切口的愈合时间,促进其愈合进程的同时可减少其实施负压引流的流量,且患者经2种方式联合处理后其术后切口发生并发症的风险更低,更有利于患者术后恢复,其临床价值较高,建议可进一步推广应用。
Objective:To study the preventive value of local compression bandage combined with negative pressure drainage in patients with calcaneal fracture on the prevention of postoperative incision complications.Methods:110 patients with calcaneal fracture who underwent elective surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer grouping method,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group implemented negative pressure drainage on the basis of routine bandage,and the observation group implemented negative pressure drainage on the basis of cotton pad compression bandage.The treatment ffects of the two groups were compared.Results:After dressing and drainage in different ways,the VSD drainage volume,VSD drainage stop time,incision healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The incidence of incision related complications was 7.27%(4/55)significantly lower than 18.18%(10/55)in the control group.The excellent and good rate of marelands foot evaluation was 92.73%(51/55)higher than 81.82%(45/55)in the control group,and the treatment satisfaction rate was 94.55%(52/55)higher than 81.82%(45/55)in the control group,The above data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of local compression bandaging combined with negative pressure drainage for patients with calcaneal fractures after surgery can effectively shorten the healing time of the surgical incision of the patient,promote the healing process,and reduce the flow of negative pressure drainage,and the patient is treated in two ways.Later,the risk of complications from the postoperative incision is lower,which is more conducive to the recovery of patients after surgery,and its clinical value is higher.It is recommended that it can be further promoted and applied.
