摘要
微量元素参与机体物质代谢、酶类、激素、维生素的合成和利用,在多种生命活动中起着不可或缺的作用。近年来的研究发现,微量元素与某些肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗及预后有一定的关系。本文就一些微量元素与肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、肠癌、肝癌、甲状腺癌、口腔癌、宫颈癌、前列腺癌、白血病、喉癌、膀胱癌的相关研究做一综述,以期为肿瘤的辅助诊断及治疗效果评价提供参考。
Trace elements participate in the metabolism of body substances,the synthesis and utilization of enzymes,hormones and vitamins,and play an indispensable role in a variety of life activities.Recent studies have found that trace elements have a certain relationship with the occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis of some tumors.This article reviews the research related to some trace elements and lung cancer,esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,intestinal cancer,liver cancer,thyroid cancer,oral cancer,cervical cancer,prostate cancer,leukemia,laryngeal cancer,bladder cancer,in order to provide reference for the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment effect evaluation of tumors.
