摘要
文章采用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)测定了三渗酱中的钙、铜、铁、锌、钠、镁6种对人体有益微量元素,并对其中的水分、脂肪、总糖、蛋白质、盐分等营养成分进行了测定。结果表明,该测定方法方便快捷,结果可靠。
In this paper, by using flame atomic absorption method for the determination of six kinds of trace elements, which is beneficial to the human body that in the three infiltration sauce, including Cal-cium ,Copper, Iron ,Zinc, Sodium and Magnesium,beside, the moisture content, total sugar, body fat, protein, salinity and other nutrients were also analyzed. The results show that the proposed ana-lytical procedure is also quick, convenient and exact.
