摘要
在共同富裕战略背景下,发挥新乡贤的独特优势和作用,既是推进乡村实现“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”总目标的重要途径,也是推进乡村民主进程、转变乡村经营模式、缓解乡村公共服务供给矛盾、实现乡村治理现代化的重要抓手。因而,有必要紧扣理论与实践,深入探究发挥新乡贤作用系列重要举措的得失,从而推进乡村社会的有效治理。
In the context of strategy of common prosperity,it gives play to the unique advantages and role of new village talents.It promotes rural realizing“industrial prosperity,ecological livable,social civility in rural area,effective governance and common prosperity”.It also promotes the process of rural ethnic groups,transforms rural business model,alleviates the contradiction of rural public service supply and realize the modernization of rural governance.Therefore,it is necessary to closely follow the theory and practice and it has a series of important measures to give full play to the role of new village talents so as to promote rural social governance in effective ways.
