摘要
以某一东西流向两省界河为研究对象,利用Delft3D软件建立了平面二维水动力模型,分析了现状防洪能力,计算了不同洪潮遭遇重现期下两岸堤防高程差变化对防洪能力的影响。结果表明:同一洪潮遭遇重现期下,与研究河段现状水面线相比,上游水面线降低后防洪能力的提升幅度与两岸堤顶高程差呈正相关,下游降低的洪峰流量值与两岸堤顶高程差成正比。在同一堤顶高程差下,上游来流的洪峰流量越大,防洪能力的增幅和下游洪峰流量的降幅也相对越大。
A river flowing from east to west between two provinces was taken as the research object, and a plane two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was established by using Delft3D software in this paper. The current flood control capacity of the river was analyzed, and the effect of the variation in the elevation difference between the left and right banks of the embankments on the flood control capacity under different flood tide recurrence periods was simulated. The modeling results show that under the flood tide of the same return period, compared with the current water surface line of the study channel, the enhancement of the flood control capacity after the decrease of the water surface line upstream is positively associated with the difference in top elevations between the two banks, and the reduced peak flood discharge downstream is proportional to the top elevation difference between both banks of the embankments. When the top elevation difference between the left and right banks of the embankments remains the same, the larger the upstream peak inflow, the larger the enhancement of the flood control capacity, and the larger the value of the reduced peak flow downstream.
