摘要
椒(灵)江感潮河段的水情受上游洪水和河口潮水共同影响,水情情况复杂。为较合理提出感潮河段设计高水位,保障临海、台州的防洪安全,利用椒(灵)江洪水及潮位资料,采用水文分析法从洪潮频率遭遇、洪潮错峰时间遭遇两方面,分析椒江洪潮遭遇规律。考虑设计高水位时,分析结果推荐,当椒(灵)江干流发生20年、50年一遇洪水时,遭遇海门站5年一遇高潮位;当发生20年、50年一遇潮位时,遭遇5年一遇洪水;发生10年一遇以下洪水时,遭遇同频率高潮位;且洪、潮遭遇时间推荐为海门站潮峰早于三江村洪峰至少15.4 h以上。分析成果可为流域防洪排涝、河道整治规划等提供决策参考。
The water regime of flood tidal reach in Jiao(Ling) River is influenced by upstream flood and estuarine tide, so the water regime is complex. In order to reasonably propose the design high water level in the tidal river reach and ensure the flood control safety of Linhai City and Taizhou City, the law of flood-tide encounter of Jiao(Ling) River is analyzed from two aspects of flood frequency encounter and peak flood staggering encounter by hydrological analysis method based on the data of flood and tide level in Jiao(Ling) River. In considering the design high water level, the analysis results recommend that the following combinations should be considered, including the 20-year or 50-year flood in the main stream of Jiao(Ling) River encounters the 5-year tides at Haimen Station, the 20-year or 50-year tide encounters 5-year floods, and the floods less than 10-year encounter the tides with same frequency. In considering the encounter time of flood and tide, it is recommended that the tide peak of Haimen Station is at least 15.4 hours earlier than the flood peak of Sanjiang Village. The analysis results can provide decision-making reference for the flood control and drainage as well as river regulation planning of Jiao(Ling) River Basin.
