摘要
目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床效果。方法选择150例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组75例。对照组采用拉贝洛尔治疗,研究组采用拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良妊娠结局、血流动力学指标。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞沉降率(ERP)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血黏度(N)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组HCT、ERP、PV、N水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者,效果较好,可改善患者血压水平及血流动力学,减少不良妊娠结局,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rabenol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods A total of 150 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabenol,and the study group was treated with rabenol combined with nifedipine.The clinical efficacy,adverse pregnancy outcome and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant diflerences in hematocrit(HCT),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ERP),plasma viscosity(PV)and whole blood viscosity(N)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of HCT,ERP,PV and N in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabenol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is effective,can improve the blood pressure level and hemodynamics,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
