摘要
煤炭安全涉及到我国能源安全和经济发展,是确保我国安全稳定发展的重要因素。总结了影响煤炭安全的因素,并基于模糊集进行煤炭安全风险的判断;分析了煤炭安全影响因素的预警指标分类;阐述了PDCA循环模式,并研究了煤炭安全风险管理系统;提出了煤炭风险安全预防技术;最后基于云计算技术,设计了煤炭安全风险预警管理系统。
Coal safety is related to China′s energy security and economic development.It is an important factor to ensure China′s safe and stable development,the factors affecting coal safety are summarized,and the coal safety risk is judged based on fuzzy set,the early warning index classification of influencing factors of coal safety is analyzed;the PDCA cycle mode is expounded,and the coal safety risk management system is studied;put forward coal risk safety prevention technology;finally,based on cloud computing technology,a coal safety risk early warning management system is designed.
