农村幼教师资有效供给困境及其应对策略

摘要 农村地区幼教师资的有效供给关乎乡村教育振兴大局。然而,目前农村地区幼教师资面临“留不住”“进不来”“非专业”“无发展”的困境。究其原因,主要在于教育资源有限、薪资水平低、从教意愿不坚定等。教育政策是解决教育问题的重要途径,建议增强招聘制度灵活性、落实提高农村幼教师资待遇、充分发挥基层组织政策执行效力,以形成稳定而有效的供给。 The effective supply of preschool education faculty in rural areas is related to the overall situation of rural education revitalization.However,at present,preschool faculty in rural areas are faced with the dilemma of“unable to stay”,“unable to enter”,“nonprofessional”and“no development”.The main reasons include limited educational resources,low salary and weak willingness to teach.The education policy is an important way to solve educational problems.It is suggested to enhance the flexibility of recruitment system,implement and improve the salary of rural preschool faculty,and give full play to the policy implementation of grass-roots organizations to form a stable and effective supply of rural preschool faculty.
