摘要
目的 观察中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿食积咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3—12月在嘉兴市中医医院儿科就诊的食积咳嗽患儿62例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各31例。对照组予小儿消积止咳口服液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上予以中药穴位贴敷治疗,2组均5 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后统计临床疗效、中医证候积分和安全性。结果 治疗组总有效率为93.55%(29/31),显著高于对照组的74.19%(23/31),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较同组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05)。2组安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿食积咳嗽,不仅能提高临床疗效和改善中医证候积分,而且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Chinese materia medica(CMM)in adjuvant treatment of children with cough due to food retention.Methods From March to December in2020,62 cases of children with cough due to food retention consulted in pediatrics department of Jiaxing Municipal Hospital of TCM were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Koufuye(小儿消积止咳口服液),on this basis,the treatment group was given acupoint application of CMM,5 days constituted 1 course of treatment for both group,we kept statistics about the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and safety between the 2 groups after consecutive 2 courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%(29/31),which was significantly higher than 74.19%(23/31)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in TCM syndrome score between the 2 groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the above-mentioned TCM syndrome score of the 2 groups significantly decreased than that in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in safety between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It not only can improve the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score,but also has good safety to use acupoint application of CMM in adjuvant treatment of children with cough due to food retention,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
