摘要
钢铁行业是国民经济的重要基础,也是环保监管的重点行业。面对新形势下的环境风险管理要求,梳理了突发环境事件应急预案的内容和工作流程,分析了钢铁企业的环境风险特点,提出了钢铁企业突发环境事件应急预案编制要点和注意事项。
The iron and steel industry is an important foundation of the national economy and a key field for environmental protection supervision.Under the new situation of environmental risk management requirements,the content and workflow of emergency re⁃sponse plan for environmental accidents are summarized,the environmental risk characteris⁃tics of steel enterprises are analyzed,the key points and considerations to work out emer⁃gency response plan for environmental accidents in steel enterprises are proposed in order to provide reference.
