摘要 以国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司哈拉沟煤矿(以下简称“哈拉沟煤矿”)为工程背景,结合当前矿井供热取暖系统中存在的能源浪费现象,通过理论分析矿井供热的温度和热量参数,设计了煤矿井下的恒温自动控制供热取暖系统。该系统主要用于矿井防冻保温,通过设置无线温度传感器,并利用电脑程序控制天然气进气量,可以将井下温度稳定控制在目标范围内。该系统的应用不仅满足了工程的供热要求,达到了节能环保的设计理念,同时为工程的经济做出了一定的贡献,该系统可为其他寒冷冬季矿井的供热工程提供工程参考和借鉴。 Taking Halagou Coal Mine of the China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as"Halagou Coal Mine")as the engineering background,in view of the energy waste phenomenon existing in the current mine heating system,the constant temperature automatic control heating system under the mine is designed through the theoretical analysis of the temperature and heat parameters of the mine heating.The system is mainly used for antifreeze and thermal insulation in the mine,and the temperature in the mine can be stably controlled within the target range by setting wireless temperature sensors and using computer programs to control the gas intake.The application of this system not only meets the heat supply requirements of the project,achieves the design concept of energy conservation and environmental protection,but also makes a certain contribution to the economy of the project.This system can provide engineering reference for other mine heat supply projects in cold winter.
