摘要
普通矸石充填支架的充填系统,存在后部捣实强度不够、充填时间长、操作繁琐等问题。北京天玛公司自主创新研制的SAC支架电液控制系统,将人工控制操作变为由电脑程序控制的电子信号操作,经过不断的试验和修改,成功编译完成了包含有支架后部自动充填功能的完整程序。将该智能化矸石充填系统在邢东矿进行应用,实践表明,该系统实现了矸石充填支架的自动充填功能,加快了充填时间,减少了操作过程,保证了充填强度。
The filling system of common gangue filling support has problems such as insufficient back tamping strength,long filling time and complicated operation.The SAC bracket electro-hydraulic control system independently developed by Beijing Tianma Company changed the manual control operation into the electronic signal operation controlled by the computer program.After continuous test and modification,the complete program containing the automatic filling function of the back of the bracket was successfully compiled and completed.The application of the intelligent gangue filling system in Xingdong Mine shows that the system realizes the automatic filling function of the gangue filling support,speeds up the filling time,reduces the operation process and ensures the filling strength.
