摘要 为了提高金属纺织专用基础件的性能,延长其使用寿命,介绍表面处理技术分类和金属纺织专用基础件的失效类别,详细分析热渗镀、电镀、化学镀、气相沉积技术等常见表面处理技术的原理、特点及其在金属专用基础件中的应用。指出:金属纺织专用基础件性能失效主要是由于相互摩擦、与纤维或纱线等摩擦磨损导致;表面处理技术是提高金属纺织专用基础件耐磨性、延长其使用寿命的重要方法之一;不同表面处理技术具有不同的效果和优势,使用梯度陶瓷复合镀层、过滤阴极真空电弧石墨镀膜、自润滑高强度的共晶石墨钢镀层等新型表面技术是提高金属纺织专用基础件性能的主要研发方向。 In order to improve the performance of metal textile special basic parts,prolong its service life,the classification of surface treatment technology and failure categories of metal textile special basic parts are introduced.The application and characteristics of common surface treatment technology,such as heat seepage plating,electroplating,chemical plating,vapor deposition,in metal special basic parts are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the performance failure of metal textile special basic parts is mainly caused by the friction between them,the friction and wear between them and fibers or yarns.Surface treatment technology is one of the important methods to improve the wear resistance and prolong the service life of metal textile special basic parts.Different surface treatment technologies have different effects and advantages.New surface technologies,such as gradient ceramic composite coating,filter cathode vacuum arc graphite coating and self-lubricating high-strength eutectic ink steel coating,are the main research and development directions to improve the performance of metal textile special basic parts.
