摘要
为促进我国纺织产业技术进步,从纺织装备的设计制造理论与技术、复杂系统及其数字化智能化控制技术、专用基础件制造与强化技术三方面回顾了"十三五"期间我国纺织机械关键共性技术的发展应用和存在问题,列举"十四五"期间重点关注的十大纺织机械关键共性技术。指出:"十三五"期间我国纺织机械制造企业针对关键共性技术积极开展科技攻关,技术实力和产品竞争力得到进一步提高,大多数新开发装备达到国际先进水平,部分达到国际领先水平,并实现产业化应用,但存在原始创新研究投入不够,稳定性、可靠性有待提高等问题;"十四五"期间应重点从纺织机械动力学及减振降噪降耗技术,纺织装备关键部件可靠性提升和寿命预测技术,机器视觉技术在纺织装备中的应用技术,数字孪生技术研究及应用,碳约束下的纺织装备可持续绿色设计,纺织装备中纤维束、织物与固体的相互作用机理,纺织装备中纤维束、织物与流体的相互作用机理,纺织装备多电机协同控制技术,纺织装备专用基础件制造与强化技术,新材料在纺织装备专用基础件上的应用技术等十个方面进行关注并攻关,将会进一步助力纺织产业技术高效优质发展。
In order to promote the technological progress of China’s textile industry,the development,application and existing problems of key common technologies of China’s textile machinery during the 13 th Five-year Plan period are reviewed from three aspects of the textile equipment design and manufacturing theory and technology,the complex system and its digital and intelligent control technology,and the special basic parts manufacturing and strengthening technology.Ten key commom technologies of textile machinery are listed during the 14 th Fiveyear Plan period.It is pointed out that during the 13 th Five-year Plan period,China’s textile machinery manufacturing enterprises have carried out scientific and technological research on key common technologies actively,and their technical strength and product competitiveness have increased further;most new development equipment has reached the international advanced level,and some has reached the international leading level and realized industrialization application;however,there are some problems such as insufficient investment in original innovation research,stability and reliability need to be improved.During the 14 th Five-year Plan period,we should focus on ten aspects and tackle key problems of the textile machinery dynamics and vibration,noise and consumption reduction technology,the key components reliability and life prediction technology of textile equipment,the application of machine vision technology in the textile equipment technology,the research and application of digital twin technology,the sustainable green design of textile equipment under carbon constraint,the interaction mechanism between fiber bundle,fabric and solids in textile equipment,the interaction mechanism between fiber bundle,fabric and fluid in textile equipment,the multi-motor cooperative control technology for textile equipment,the special basic parts key accessories and parts manufacturing and strengthening technology for textile equipment,and the application technology of new material
