摘要
本文主要研究不同剂型氟苯尼考在日本鳗鲡上的药物消除规律,在25℃下,按30 mg/kg(以氟苯尼考计)剂量,多次口灌给药后于不同时间取日本鳗鲡血浆、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉等样品进行HPLC检测,得出氟苯尼考溶液和氟苯尼考粉在日本鳗鲡血浆、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉中半衰期分别为8.9 d、6.4 d、11.2 d、5.7 d和8.3 d、6.9 d、7.5 d、8.2 d,最高残留量如规定为0.2μg/g,最大休药期分别为32.1 d和18.2 d,以此为临床使用确定不同氟苯尼考制剂休药期提供依据。
This paper mainly studies the drug elimination law of different dosage forms of florfenicol on Japanese eel.At 25℃,at the dose of 30 mg/kg(calculated by florfenicol),after oral administration for many times,samples of Japanese eel plasma,liver,kidney,and muscle were taken at different times for HPLC detection,and the results showed that florfenicol solution and florfenicol powder the half-life in Japanese eel plasma,liver,kidney and muscle is 8.9,6.4,11.2,5.7 days and 8.3,6.9,7.5,8.2 days respectively,and the maximum residue is 0.2μg/g as specified,the maximum drug withdrawal period is 32.1 days and 18.2 days respectively,which provides a basis for determining the withdrawal period of different florfenicol preparations for clinical use.
