摘要
为评价星月尼考、普通水溶氟苯尼考和普通不水溶氟苯尼考三种氟苯尼考制剂的体外溶出度以及在猪体内药代动力学特性,试验测定了三种氟苯尼考制剂在人工胃液及人工肠液中溶出度及试验猪给药后不同时间的血药浓度。结果显示:在人工胃液中,星月尼考的终溶出度最高,30 min达72.19%;在人工肠液中,普通水溶性的氟苯尼考粉的终溶出度最高,30 min达94.88%;药代动力学结果显示:星月尼考、普通不水溶氟苯尼考、普通水溶氟苯尼考的药峰浓度分别为8.05μg/L、7.36μg/L和7.58μg/L,达峰时间分别为:4.0h、1.68h和1.57h,计算得到的药时曲线下面积(AUC)分别为59.87h·μg/m L、37.31h·μg/m L和42.29h·μg/m L。
In order to evaluate the in vitro dissolution and pharmacokinetic properties of three florfenicol preparations of Xingyue florfenicol, ordinary water-soluble florfenicol and ordinary insoluble florfenicol, three kinds of florfenicol preparations were determined in this experiment. The dissolution rate of florfenicol preparation in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice and the plasma concentration of test pigs at different times after administration. The dissolution results showed that: in artificial gastric juice, the final dissolution rate of Xingyue florfenicol was the highest, reaching72.19% in 30 minutes;in artificial intestinal juice, the final dissolution rate of common water-soluble florfenicol powder was the highest, reaching94.88% in 30 minutes;the pharmacokinetics results showed that the peak concentrations of Xingyue florfenicol, common insoluble florfenicol and common water-soluble florfenicol were respectively 8.05μg/L, 7.36μg/L and 7.58μg/L. The peak times were 4.0h, 1.68h and 1.57h, respectively, and the calculated areas under the curve(AUC) were respectively 59.87 h·μg/mL, 37.31 h·μg/mL and 42.29 h·μg/mL.
