摘要
针对科技查新咨询工作中遇到的问题,文章提出了通过使用大数据挖掘、云计算、业务管理流程、手机提醒和微信等技术和手段,实现科技查新业务流程化精确管理,提升科技查新业务管理效率,为科技查新人员和业务委托客户提供一站式高效服务,同时查新系统可以联通湖南省科技云平台,能够有效破除信息孤岛,实现信息共享,为打造具有核心竞争力的科技创新高地提供数据支撑。
For the practical problems encountered in technology novelty consulting work,this paper through the use of big data mining,cloud computing,business management process,mobile phone remind and WeChat technology and means,realizes the technology novelty business process accurate management,improves technology novelty business management efficiency,for technology novelty personnel and business entrust customers to provide one-stop efficient service.Besides,novelty system can unicom hunan technology cloud platform,effectively break the information island,realize information sharing,and provide data support for building a scientific and technological innovation highland with core competitiveness.
