摘要
为解决南方电网公司查新任务较重,查新人员人手不足的问题,针对南方电网公司进一步加强科技查新对科技创新的综合保障能力的需求,充分利用自动化、信息化技术,设计和实现一款电力领域科技查新系统。通过对国内外现有查新系统进行分析,明确系统设计目标,分析南方电网公司具体查新需求和用例,构建系统需求模型、总体架构和流程模型,设计并实现了一站式查新、多维度新颖性评估和自助查新等具有创新性的重点功能。最终完成了电力领域查新系统的整体设计和开发工作。该查新系统完成了设计目标,在南方电网公司得到应用,在使用过程中大幅度减少了查新人员的工作压力,提升了该公司科技查新服务的响应效率和查新质量,升级了该公司科技查新的应急保障能力和整体服务水平。
In order to solve the problems about the heavy load of sci-tech novelty retrieval tasks and the understaffed work force for it in China Southern Power Grid Co.,Ltd,according to the demand of China southern power grid Co.,Ltd.to further strengthen the comprehensive support capacity of science and technology innovation for science and technology novelty retrieval,it makes full use of automation and information technology to design and implement a science and technology novelty retrieval system in the power field.Through the analysis of the existing system at home and abroad,clear the system design objectives,analyze the specific needs and use cases of China southern power grid Co.,Ltd.,build the system demand model,the overall architecture and the process model,design and realize the one-stop novelty,multidimensional novelty evaluation and self-service novelty and other innovative key functions.Finally,the overall design and development of the power sector search system was completed.The system has achieved the design goal and has been applied in China southern power grid corporation.In the process of using the system,the working pressure of the personnel is greatly reduced,the response efficiency and search quality of the company s technology search service is improved,and the company's technology search emergency support capability and overall service level are upgraded.
