摘要
基于精神科住院患者合并上肢骨折功能固定服的设计,需要兼顾实用功能及人文关怀。针对精神科上肢骨折住院患者病员服的设计缺陷,在临床上试用的第三代功能固定衣基础上继续修改设计,设计开发第四代功能固定服。其中内固定带增加可调节纽扣,可随意调节固定高度;腰摆处为宽松紧固定,增加受力牵扯;将衣服侧面至袖口改为AB版魔术贴的扣合结构;胸前增加警示标识;左胸上方有重点护理标签盒。该功能固定服同时实现穿脱方便、松紧固定、便于临床观察、警示标示、易于临床区分的目的。经过临床应用,发现第四代功能固定服能够减少患者更换时疼痛感,提高患者舒适度和满意度,为精神科住院患者合并上肢骨折功能固定服的结构设计提供理论依据。
Based on the design of functional fixation clothing for psychiatric inpatients with upper limb fracture,it is necessary to give consideration to practical function and humanistic care.In view of the design defects of inpatients'clothes for upper limb fracture in psychiatric department,we continue to modify the design and design and develop the fourth generation functional fixed clothes based on the third generation functional fixed clothes tried in clinic.Adjustable buttons are added to the inner fixing belt,and the fixing height can be adjusted at will.The waist swing is wide,elastic and fixed to increase the stress drag.Change the buckle structure of AB version velcro from the side of clothes to the cuff.Add warning signs on the chest.There is a key care label box on the upper left chest.The functional fixed clothing can realize the purposes of convenient wearing and taking off,elastic fixation,convenient clinical observation,warning signs and easy clinical differentiation.After clinical application,it is found that the fourth generation functional fixator can reduce the pain of patients during replacement,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,and provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of functional fixator for psychiatric inpatients with upper limb fracture.
