正交试验法提取细叶景天中黄酮类成分的研究

摘要 目的 探讨细叶景天中黄酮类成分的最佳提取条件。方法 采用超声波乙醇浸提法设计L9(34)正交试验提取细叶景天中总黄酮成分,并优选提取工艺参数。结果 影响细叶景天中黄酮类成分提取条件的因素主次顺序为,B(超声时间)>D(料液比)>A(乙醇浓度)>C(空白),最佳工艺条件为,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶20,超声时间40 min。结论:通过正交设计试验优选得到的细叶景天中黄酮类成分提取工艺条件稳定、简单,黄酮得率高,方法可行,为提高细叶景天提取效率、充分利用细叶景天植物资源提供依据。 Objective: To investigate the optimum extraction conditions of Flavonoids from Sedum Elatinoides Franch. Methods: Using the ultrasonic ethanol extraction to extract total flavones from Sedum Elatinoides Franch by L9(3^(4)) orthogonal test, and selecting the optimization of extraction process parameters. Result:The impact factors of extracting total flavones from Sedum Elatinoides Franch is ordered: B(ultrasonic time)>D(ratio of material to liquid)>A(ethanol concentration)>C(blank). The optimum technological conditions are as follows: ethanol concentration 60%, solid-liquid ratio 1:20, ultrasonic time 40 min.Conclusion: The optimum extraction conditions of Flavonoids from Sedum Elatinoides Franch by orthogonal design were stable, simple, high yield and feasible. It provides a basis for improving the extraction efficiency and making full use of Sedum Elatinoides Franch resources.
