摘要
为培育高产多抗甘蓝型油菜新品种,推动河北省油菜品种升级换代,石家庄市农林科学研究院引进耐寒甘蓝型油菜种质资源天油2255、Baltia、Edita、Elena、Rapso、Santana、Mickey和天油14号,以当地主栽白菜型油菜品种天油1358为对照(CK),在大田露地自然条件下,对参试材料的生育期、越冬率和子粒产量进行了农艺性状调查与考种。结果表明:天油14号和Elena早熟性好,在6月上旬成熟;除天油2255冬季全部冻死、春季无返青苗外,其他5个材料均在6月中旬成熟;天油14号、Elena和Baltia的越冬率超过70%,抗寒性较好,其中天油14和Elena的越冬率超过90%;Elena、Santana、Mickey和天油14号的产量高于CK,增产率分别为25.0%、16.9%、14.4%和5.6%。综合分析认为,Elena在早熟性、抗寒性和高产潜力方面均表现出明显优势,天油14号在早熟性和抗寒性方面也具有明显优势。
In order to cultivate new varieties of high yield and multi resistance Brassica napus and promote the upgrading of rape varieties in Hebei Province,Shijiazhuang Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences introduced the cold resistant Brassica napus germplasm resources Tianyou 2255,Baltia,Edita,Elena,Rapso,Santana,Mickey and Tianyou No.14.Taking the local main Chinese cabbage type rape variety Tianyou 1358 as the control(CK),the growth period,the overwintering rate and grain yield of materials tested were investigated and tested.The results showed that Tianyou No.14 and Elena had good early and maturity in the first ten days of June.Tianyou 2255 was frozen to death in winter and had no rejuvenated seedlings in spring,while the other five materials matured in the middle of June.The overwintering rate of Tianyou No.14,Elena and Baltia exceeded 70%,and the cold resistance was good,among which the overwintering rate of Tianyou No.14 and Elena exceeded 90%.The yield of Elena,Santana,Mickey and Tianyou No.14 was higher than that of CK,and the yield increase rates were 25.0%,16.9%,14.4%and 5.6%respectively.Comprehensive analysis shows that Elena has obvious advantages in early maturity,cold resistance and high yield potential,and Tianyou No.14 also has obvious advantages in early maturity and cold resistance.
