粳高粱与糯高粱子粒抗性淀粉含量差异研究 被引量:2

摘要 高粱子粒的抗性淀粉含量与淀粉的利用有关,研究糯高粱与粳高粱的子粒抗性淀粉含量差异,有助于更好地利用2种不同类型的高粱。对来自全国9省12市的383份高粱材料进行子粒抗性淀粉含量测定,分析高粱子粒抗性淀粉含量的分布特征,据此对高粱进行分型;并初步探索了高粱子粒抗性淀粉含量与子粒颜色的关系,以及环境对高粱子粒抗性淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:383份高粱材料的子粒抗性淀粉含量为0.38%~31.64%,平均13.91%,偏度系数为-0.088,呈偏正态分布;糯高粱的子粒抗性淀粉含量一般低于4%,粳高粱的子粒抗性淀粉含量一般高于14%,将高粱大体分为高抗性淀粉含量型和低抗性淀粉含量型2种;高粱子粒抗性淀粉含量与子粒颜色具有一定的相关性,白粒高粱的子粒抗性淀粉含量普遍较高,红粒高粱的子粒抗性淀粉含量相对较低;环境差异对高粱子粒抗性淀粉含量无显著影响。研究结果为高粱子粒抗性淀粉含量的遗传机制研究提供了理论基础,同时为高抗性淀粉含量的保健品开发指明了方向。 The resistant starch content in sorghum grains is related to the utilization of starch.The difference of starch content in nonwaxy and waxy sorghum was studied,which was helpful for better utilization of the two different types of sorghum.The resistant starch content of 383 materials from 12 cities in 9 provinces of China was measured.The distribution characteristics of resistant starch content of sorghum grains were analyzed,whereby sorghum was typed,and the relationship between the content of resistant starch in sorghum grains and the color of sorghum grains was preliminarily explored.The results showed that the resistant starch content of 383 sorghum materials ranged from 0.38%to 31.64%,with an average of 13.91%.The skewness coefficient was-0.088,showing a normal distribution.The grain resistant starch content of waxy sorghum was generally lower than 4%,while that of nonwaxy sorghum was generally higher than 14%.Sorghum could be divided into two types:high resistant starch content type and low resistant starch content type.The resistant starch content in sorghum grains had a certain correlation with grain color.The resistant starch content in white sorghum grains was generally high,while that in red sorghum grains was relatively low.Environmental difference had no significant effect on the content of resistant starch in sorghum grains.The results provided a theoretical basis for the study of genetic mechanism of resistant starch content in sorghum grains,and pointed out the direction for the development of health products with high resistant starch content.
