摘要
利用玉米DUS[特异性(distinctness)、一致性(uniformity)和稳定性(stability)]测试指南中的38个基本性状,对2020年四川省联合体区试玉米品种的表型多样性进行分析,并对不同类型玉米、植株部位的多样性进行比较。结果表明,38个测试性状均具有多态性,在317个品种中共检测到234个等位变异,平均每个性状6.2个,Shan⁃non指数平均值为1.19,变幅介于0.09~1.76。雄穗和果穗相关性状的多样性较丰富,子粒颜色的多样性指数最高,叶片相关性状的多样性偏低。不同玉米类型的多样性指数结果表明,糯质型和普通型玉米的多样性较高,甜质型次之,甜糯型最低。聚类分析和相似系数分析表明,四川新育成玉米品种的相似度整体偏高,遗传基础比较狭窄。
Thirty-eight basic characteristics in maize DUS testing guideline were used to reveal the phenotypic diversity of 317 accessions from Sichuan regional trail in 2020.In addition,diversity index was compared within dif⁃ferent grain types and plant parts.The results showed that a total of 234 alleles,with an average of 6.2 alleles per characteristic were detected.The Shannon’s index varied from 0.09-1.76,with an average of 1.19.The diversity of tassel and ear related traits,especially grain color,were richer than other plant parts and leaf-related traits were low⁃est among all characteristics used in this study.The results of comparison among different maize types indicated that the diversity of waxy type and ordinary type were both the highest,sweet type was the medium,while sweet and waxy mixed type was the lowest.Cluster analysis and similarity coefficient analysis suggested that the genetic basis of regional trial varieties was comparatively narrow and the phenotype trended similarly in Sichuan province.
