摘要
加速建设粤港澳大湾区,提升国家核心竞争力,是当前最重要的国家战略之一。作为同时代的工程建设技术人员,深入了解粤港澳三地工程建设经济技术指标等信息资料,合理运用于大湾区建设的工程实践并解决好各自的工程问题,迫切需要并势在必行。基于深圳莲塘/香港香园围口岸工程项目,同一个建筑方案、由于不同的施工图设计和不同的管理体系,导致投资的巨大差别,深入探讨了项目的相关经济技术指标,进行对比分析,得出了一些宝贵的数据和结论,值得同行应用和思考。结合正在实施的一路一带相关工程建设,修正和完善相关做法,意义重大。
The acceleration of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GBA to improve the core competency of China is one of the most important national strategies at present.As a technical professional in the area of engineering and construction in this era,it is an urgency to possess all the detailed information about the technical specifications related in GBA,and use it wisely in the engineering practice of construction projects to solve real problems.Based on the real data and information from the project of Shenzhen Liantang/HK Heung Yuen Wai Point,in which we have the one schematic design but different construction drawings and different management systems so as to big different investment.The article deeply studied the economic and technical indicators of the project related and made a comparative analysis.As a result,we obtained a number of valued data and conclusion,which serves as reliable reference for technical professionals in the construction projects in GBA.Coupled with the engineering constructions that we have been launching as part of the Belt and Road Ini‐tiative,this study will be of great significance for us to improve the implementation of our practices.
