摘要
通过分析建设工程定额人工单价和市场人工单价的成因、组成、特点,从两者的不同点和共同点探讨建设工程人工单价表面的差异,寻找内在的关联,提出使两者更加贴近的表现方式及建设工程人工单价的确定、使用、调整、发布办法。
Analyzes the cause, composition, characteristics of the artificial unit price calculated by construction project quota and the market respectively, investigates the external difference of the constructing engineering artifi- cial unit price from the perspective of difference and similarity simultaneously, and then explores the inner associa- tion. In the end, puts forward a more proximate expression way and the determination, usage, adjustment and pub- lishing methods for the construction projects artificial unit price.
