摘要
近年来,医学研究生的招生和毕业人数逐渐上升,其培养质量与人民生命健康密切相关。然而,在医学研究生的日常教育管理中,由于工作职责的局限性,各部门存在“各自为政”的现象,给统一管理带来了巨大困难。这导致我国医学研究生输出质量不高、高等医学人才储备不足等情况。若不能及时改善,则不利于我国医学卫生事业的发展。因此,需要对涉及医学研究生培养的多个部门,建立统一、多用户角色、多功能覆盖的研究生教育管理信息化平台。平台的建设有利于构建较为完善的研究生教育保障体系,提升院校教学和信息化管理水平,提高研究生教育培养质量。文章以北京协和医学院阜外医院为例,重点探讨了医学研究生教育管理信息化平台的设计理念、构建框架和功能模块。
In recent years,the number of medical postgraduate students enrolled and graduated has gradually increased,and the quality of their training is closely related to people's lives and health.However,in the daily education and management of medical postgraduate students,due to the limitation of work responsibilities,each department has the phenomenon of“self-administration”,which brings great difficulties to unified management.This has led to the low-quality output of medical postgraduates and the insufficient reserve of advanced medical talents in China.If it cannot be improved in time,it will not be conducive to the development of my country's medical and health undertakings.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a unified,multi-user role,and multi-functional coverage of postgraduate education management information platform for the work content of multiple departments involved in graduate education.The establishment of the postgraduate education management information platform is conducive to building a complete graduate education security system,improving the level of teaching and information management of medical colleges and improving the quality of postgraduate education.Taking Peking Union Medical College-Fuwai Hospital as an example,the article focuses on the design concept,construction framework and functional modules of the postgraduate education management information platform.
