摘要
目的探讨低浓度阿托品滴眼液联合多焦点渐变镜治疗青少年中度近视的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2020年7月我院收治的359例(718眼)青少年中度近视患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为观察组(180例,360眼,0.01%阿托品滴眼液+多焦点渐变镜治疗)和对照组(179例,358眼,角膜塑形镜治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的86.87%(P<0.05)。治疗6、12个月后,两组的屈光度、裸眼视力、眼轴长度、眼压与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6、12个月后,两组的屈光度、裸眼视力、眼轴长度、眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗期间出现角膜感染8眼,视觉异常3眼,过敏结膜炎2眼;观察组治疗期间未出现明显不良反应。结论低浓度阿托品滴眼液联合多焦点渐变镜治疗青少年中度近视的临床效果显著,可延缓屈光度、裸眼视力增长及眼轴长度增加,且不影响眼压,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low concentration atropine eye drops combined with progressive addition lenses in the treatment of moderate myopia in adolescents.Methods A total of 359 adolescents(718 eyes)with moderate myopia admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the adolescents were divided into observation group(180 cases,360 eyes,0.01%atropine eye drops+progressive addition lenses treatment)and control group(179 cases,358 eyes,orthokeratology lens treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 86.87%in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 months of treatment,there were no significant differences in diopter,naked eye vision,axial length and intraocular pressure of the two groups compared with before treatment(P>0.05);after 6 and 12 months of treatment,there were no significant differences in diopter,naked eye vision,axial length and intraocular pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group developed corneal infection in 8 eyes,visual abnormalities in 3 eyes and allergic conjunctivitis in 2 eyes during the treatment;there was no obvious adverse reaction in the observation group during the treatment.Conclusion Low concentration atropine eye drops combined with progressive addition lenses in the treatment of moderate myopia in adolescents has a significant clinical effect,it can delay the growth of diopter,naked eye vision and axial length,without effect on intraocular pressure,and has good security,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
