摘要
目的 探讨不同型号留置针在早产儿静脉输液中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年1月至2021年5月我院收治的早产儿中随机抽取260例展开分析,按照住院号尾数的奇偶数将其分为两组,偶数的129例纳入对照组,奇数的131例纳入试验组。两组早产儿均是首次进行静脉输液,对照组应用24G型号的静脉留置针进行手背浅表静脉穿刺置管,试验组应用26G型号的静脉留置针进行手背浅表静脉穿刺置管。比较两组早产儿的留置针留置时长、穿刺时疼痛水平、一次静脉穿刺成功率、并发症发生率。结果 试验组的留置针留置时长、穿刺时疼痛水平均好于对照组(P <0.05);试验组的一次静脉穿刺成功率高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在对早产儿进行静脉输液置管时,应用26G型号留置针置管能够延长留置时长,降低穿刺时疼痛水平,提高一次静脉穿刺成功率,减少并发症发生风险,建议使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of different types of indwelling needles in the intravenous infusion of premature infants.Methods Choose from January 2021 to May 2021,260 premature infants admitted to our hospital were randomly selected for analysis,and they were divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers of hospitalization numbers.129 cases with even numbers were included in the control group,and 131 cases with odd numbers were included in experimental group.The two groups of premature infants were given intravenous infusion for the first time.The control group used a 24G type venous indwelling needle for superficial venous puncture and cannulation on the back of the hand,and the experimental group used a 26G type venous indwelling needle for superficial venous puncture and cannulation on the back of the hand.The length of indwelling needle indwelling,the pain level during puncture,the success rate of one venipuncture,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of premature infants.Results The retention time of indwelling needle is retained and the pain level during puncture in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of a venipuncture in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of premature infants When intubating children with intravenous infusion,the use of 26G type cannula can prolong the indwelling time of the indwelling needle,reduce the pain level during puncture,improve the success rate of one venipuncture,and reduce the risk of complications.It is recommended to use it.
