摘要
目的 探讨根因分析联合激励心理护理对改善结直肠息肉切除术患者负性情绪及预后的作用。方法 选取我院2020年5月至2022年6月收治的82例结直肠息肉切除术患者作为本次研究对象,根据其治疗时间进行分组,两组各41例。对比两组负性情绪、恢复指标、并发症及护理满意度。结果 研究组SAS评分及SDS评分均低于参照组(P <0.05);研究组患者首次排气时间、首次排便时间及总住院时间均短于参照组(P <0.05);研究组相关并发症总发生率为7.32%,低于参照组的26.83%(P <0.05);研究组患者护理总满意度为95.12%,高于参照组的82.93%(P <0.05)。结论 对改善结直肠息肉切除术患者积极采取根因分析联合激励心理护理,效果确切,能有效改善心理状态,减少负性情绪产生,进而帮助患者尽快恢复,减少相关并发症发生,获得较高满意度评分。
Objective To explore the effect of root cause analysis combined with incentive psychological nursing on improving negative emotion and prognosis of patients undergoing colorectal polyposectomy.Methods A total of 82 patients with colorectal polyposectomy admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to their treatment time,with 41 cases in each group.The negative emotions,recovery indicators,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The first exhaust time,first defecation time and total hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of related complications in the study group was 7.32%,which was lower than 26.83%in the reference group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than 82.93%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Root cause analysis combined with incentive psychological nursing is effective in improving the patients with colorectal polyposectomy,which can effectively improve the psychological state,reduce negative emotions,and help patients recover as soon as possible,reduce the incidence of related complications,and obtain a higher satisfaction score.
