摘要
目的探究人文关怀理念的心理护理对结肠息肉患者焦虑、抑郁程度及恢复进程的影响。方法研究对象源自2022年1月-2023年12月我院收治的结肠息肉患者70例。以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(常规+人文关怀理念的心理护理)各35例。比较两组干预前后的焦虑、抑郁程度及患者恢复进程。结果两组患者在干预前的焦虑、抑郁程度相当(P>0.05),干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均显著降低(t=9.465、P=0.000,t=12.685、P=0.000)、(t=8.904、P=0.000,t=9.158、P=0.000),且观察组(42.33±4.02)分、(40.67±3.74)分低于对照组(46.27±3.84)分、(45.43±3.28)分,差异显著(t=4.193、P=0.000,t=5.661、P=0.000)。观察组肠鸣音恢复时长(25.12±3.74)h、术后首次排气时长(29.11±4.02)h、术后首次排便时长(37.42±4.33)h、住院时长(5.92±1.10)d显著低于对照组(27.61±4.16)h、(31.50±4.10)h、(39.79±4.27)h、(6.48±1.05)d,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀理念的心理护理能够减轻结肠息肉患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,促进患者术后恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing with humanistic care on anxiety,depression and recovery process of patients with colon polyp.Methods 70 patients with colon polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were studied.The patients were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing with humanistic care concept)with 35 cases each.The degree of anxiety and depression and the recovery process were compared before and after the intervention.Results The anxiety and depression levels of the two groups were similar before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(t=9.465,P=0.000,t=12.685,P=0.000),(t=8.904,P=0.000,t=9.158,P=0.000).Moreover,the observation group(42.33±4.02)scores and(40.67±3.74)scores were lower than the control group(46.27±3.84)scores and(45.43±3.28)scores,and the differences were significant(t=4.193,P=0.000,t=5.661,P=0.000).The recovery time of bowel sound(25.12±3.74)h,the first postoperative exhaust time(29.11±4.02)h,the first postoperative defecation time(37.42±4.33)h,and the hospital stay time(5.92±1.10)d in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(27.61±4.16)h,(31.50±4.10)h,(39.79±4.27)h and(6.48±1.05)d were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing with humanistic care can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with colon polyp and promote their recovery after surgery.
