甲醇联合装置优化改造总结

摘要 本文主要总结了甲醇联合装置气化、转化和合成单元运行过程中出现的气化炉运行周期短、预转化炉外壁超温、转化烟气温度高、鼓引风机振动大等问题,通过采取调整气化烧嘴、上升管、下降管及激冷环尺寸,实施转化系统改造,以及加强气化和甲醇合成装置的运行管理,逐步实现了甲醇联合装置的高负荷、稳定运行。 This paper mainly summarizes the problems during the operation of the gasification, conversion and synthesis unit of the methanol combined unit, such as short operation cycle of the gasifier, overheating of the outer wall of the pre reformer, high temperature of the conversion flue gas, and large vibration of the blower. By adjusting the size of gasification burner, riser,downcomer, and quench ring, retrofitting the transformation system, and strengthening the operation management of gasification and methanol synthesis unit, stable operation of methanol combined unit under high load is gradually realized.
