摘要
本文针对甲醇转化装置在安全平稳运行,负荷一定的情况下,探究甲醇生产过程中转化炉的热效率,预转化炉的温度,蒸汽品质以及燃料气品质对天然气单耗的影响。
For the methanol conversion unit is operating safely and stably under certain load conditions, this paper explores the influence of thermal efficiency of reformer, temperature of pre-reformer, steam quality and fuel gas quality on the unit consumption of natural gas in the methanol production process.
