摘要
水处理是锅炉安全、经济运行的关键环节之一。目前由于水质问题引起的结垢、腐蚀和汽水共腾所造成的锅炉事故约占整体事故的46%。因此,新型锅炉水处理技术的应用,不仅能够有效克服传统药剂处理技术的短板,且能为企业在实现系统安、稳、长、满、优的运行状态下进行节能减排和提高蒸汽品质提供了一条科学而行之有效的技术新途径。结合J公司合成蒸汽锅炉上的应用实践。
Water treatment is one of the key links of boiler safety and economic operation.At present,the boiler accidents caused by scaling,corrosion and steam water co-teng caused by water quality problems account for about 46%of the overall accidents.Therefore,the application of new boiler water treatment technology can not only effectively overcome the short board of traditional medicament treatment technology,but also provide a scientif ic and effective technical new way for enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions and improve steam quality under the condition of system safety,stability,long,full and excellent operation.Combined with the application practice of synthetic steam boiler in J company.
