摘要
为减小城市轨道车辆垂向振动、提高乘客舒适性,利用负刚度机构的系统刚度呈非线性变化的特点,建立包含负刚度吸振器的城市轨道车辆垂向动力学模型,提出适用于城市轨道车辆的基于负刚度非线性吸振器的减振方法。针对城市轨道车辆车速以及载客量变化频繁的特点,研究负刚度非线性吸振器在不同工况下的减振效应。考虑车体端部的点头振动,揭示负刚度非线性吸振器可以对车体端部的合振动进行有效地抑制。通过负刚度非线性吸振器与传统被动式吸振器的减振效果对比分析,对负刚度非线性吸振器的减振机理进行探讨,最后验证了负刚度非线性吸振器减振能力。结果表明:负刚度非线性吸振器可以抑制不同工况下的车体垂向振动;不同速度下,安装负刚度非线性吸振器的车辆垂向减振效果优于传统被动式吸振器;负刚度非线性吸振器可以在较宽的振动频段上实现车体不同位置处的垂向振动抑制,有关结论可为负刚度非线性吸振器在城市轨道车辆上的进一步应用提供参考依据。
To reduce the vertical vibration of urban rail vehicle body and improve passengers’ ride comfort,the nonlinear negative stiffness mechanism is used in the vehicle.The vertical dynamic model of urban rail vehicle including nonlinear negative stiffness vibration absorber is established.And the vibration reduction method suitable for urban rail vehicle using negative stiffness vibration absorbers is proposed.According to the characteristics of frequent changes in vehicle speed and passenger capacity of urban rail vehicles,the vibration reduction effects of negative stiffness vibration absorber under different working conditions are studied.The damping effects of negative stiffness vibration absorber and traditional passive vibration absorber are compared and analyzed,and the damping mechanism of negative stiffness vibration absorber is explored.Considering the nodal vibration at the end of the car body,it is proved that the negative stiffness vibration absorber can effectively suppress the combined vibration at the end of the car body,and the effectiveness of the negative stiffness vibration absorber is verified.Results show that the negative stiffness vibration absorber can suppress the vertical vibration of vehicle body under different working conditions;At different speeds,the vertical vibration reduction effect of vehicles with negative stiffness vibration absorbers is better than that of traditional passive vibration absorbers;The negative stiffness vibration absorber can suppress the vertical vibration at different positions of the vehicle body in a wide vibration frequency band.The research work provides a reference basis for the further application of negative stiffness nonlinear vibration absorbers in urban rail vehicles.
