摘要
建立了某高速列车动力学模型,考虑座椅的垂向安装刚度和阻尼,计算分析了高速列车上座椅的舒适性.以德国低干扰谱为激励,对不同速度下运行的高速列车进行了动力学仿真计算,得到了乘坐座椅的振动加速度,并计算了座椅的舒适性指标,分析了座椅垂向安装刚度、垂向安装阻尼、列车运行速度、乘坐位置对舒适性的影响.通过计算高速列车座椅的Sperling指标,可以得出当运行速度为350 km/h、座椅安装刚度取90 kN/m、安装阻尼取7 kN·s/m时,座椅的乘坐舒适性最佳,且中间排的座椅在任何参数匹配下均为该高速列车最佳乘坐位置.
A dynamic model of a high speed train is established with the consideration of vertical installation stiffness and damping of the seat,and the comfort of the seat on the high speed train is calculated and analyzed.Taking Germany’s low interference spectrum as excitation,dynamic simulation calculations were performed on high speed train running at different speeds,and the vibration acceleration of the seat was obtained.The comfort index of the seat was calculated,and the vertical installation stiffness of the seat was analyzed.The impact of vertical installation damping,train running speed,and riding position on comfort was also analyzed.By calculating the Sperling index of the high-speed train seats,it can be concluded that when the running speed is 350 km/h with the seat installation stiffness of 90 kN/m and the installation damping of 7 kN·s/m,the seat has the best riding comfort,and the seat in the middle row is the best seating position for the high speed train under any parameter matching.
