摘要
智慧水利是智慧城市的重要组成部分,是水利信息化的更高阶段,是实现新时代水利高质量发展的重要路径。为准确把握智慧水利当前进程,运用层次分析法构建智慧水利成熟度评价体系,并基于体系对某地实际情况进行模糊评价,评价结果客观合理,所建体系科学有效。
Smart water conservancy is an important part of smart city,a higher level of water conservancy informatization and an important path to realize the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new era.In order to accurately grasp the current process of smart water conservancy,the AHP is used to construct the maturity evaluation system of smart water conservancy.Fuzzy evaluzation is conducted on the actual situation of a place based on the system.The evaluation results are objective and reasonable,and the established system is scientific and effective.
