摘要
分析了膜蒸馏脱盐过程中膜润湿的机制及主要影响因素,综述了膜润湿控制的研究进展,包括超疏水膜、双疏膜、Janus膜、导电膜等抗润湿膜的制备、作用机理及应用场景。提出今后的研究方向为:明晰膜蒸馏过程中不同污染物对膜的润湿机制,进而为高效处理高盐废水提出有效的解决方案;开发可大规模生产和长期运行的抗润湿膜,评估其在长期运行过程中的稳定性;结合原水预处理、膜组件设计和操作参数优化等方面,系统地控制和缓解膜润湿问题。
This paper analyzes the mechanism and main influencing factors of membrane wetting in membrane distillation desalination process.The research progress of membrane wetting control is reviewed,including the preparation,mechanism and application scenarios of anti-wetting membranes such as super hydrophobic membrane,omniphobic membrane,Janus membrane and conductive membrane.Future research directions are proposed that include:clarifying the wetting mechanism of different pollutants on membrane during membrane distillation,and proposing effective solutions for treatment of high-salinity wastewaters;developing anti-wetting membranes suitable for large-scale production and long-term operation,and evaluating their stability in long-term operation;systematically controlling and mitigating the problem of membrane wetting combined with raw water pretreatment,membrane module design and operation parameter optimization.
