摘要
基于南京城市职业学院疫情防控志愿服务实践,对高校党员教师志愿者参与疫情防控的基本特征及现实价值展开探讨,提出新冠肺炎疫情防控下高校党员教师志愿服务具有阶段性、组织性、紧急性、风险性、专业性、广泛性、多样性、机动性等特征。通过参与各类防疫志愿服务,高校党员教师志愿者不仅为打赢校园疫情防控阻击战作出了突出贡献,还践行了立德树人根本任务,锤炼了共产党员的党性修养,加强了基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。
Based on the practice of volunteer service for epidemic prevention and control in Nanjing City Vocational College,this paper discusses the basic characteristics and practical value of the participation of college communist teachers as volunteers in epidemic prevention and control,and proposes that the volunteer service of college communist teachers under the prevention and control of the COVID-19 has the characteristics of periodical,organized,urgent,risky,professional,extensive,diverse and mobile.By participating in all kinds of volunteer services for epidemic prevention,college communist teachers not only made outstanding contributions to the fight against epidemics,but also fulfilled the fundamental task of moral education,tempered the spirit cultivation of communist,and strengthened the role of grass-roots organizations of the CPC as a battleground.
