摘要
研究了填充不同增塑剂,包括环保芳烃油、环烷基矿物油和石蜡油对官能化溶聚丁苯橡胶加工及应用性能的影响。实验结果表明,填充环保芳烃油的两个胶料混炼温度高,门尼黏度增值大,拉伸强度、低生热性能、耐磨性能等物理机械性能优异,动态性能平衡性好,其中,填充进口环保芳烃油的胶料加工性能较好,填充国内环保芳烃油的胶料应用性能占优;填充环烷基矿物油的胶料低滚阻性能最好,其他各项加工应用性能处于中等水平;填充石蜡油胶料的混炼胶的门尼黏度最低,硫化胶回弹性最好,填料分散性、拉伸强度、耐磨性能、低生热性能、低滚阻和抗湿滑性能等加工应用性能最差。
The effects of plasticizers,including environmental aromatic oil,naphthenic mineral oil and paraffin oil,on the processing and application properties of functionalized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber were studied.The results show that two rubbers filled with environmental aromatic oil have high mixing temperature,large Mooney viscosity value-added,excellent physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength,low heat generation and wear resistance,and good balance of dynamic properties.Among them,the rubber filled with imported environmental aromatic oil has better processing properties,the application performance of the rubber filled with domestic environmental aromatic oil is superior.The rubber filled with naphthenic mineral oil has the best low rolling resistance,and other processing and application properties of it are at a medium level.The rubber filled with paraffin oil has the lowest Mooney viscosity,the best vulcanizate resilience,and the worst processing and application properties such as filler dispersion,tensile strength,wear resistance,low heat generation,low rolling resistance and wet slip resistance.
