摘要
对中国石油独山子石化公司生产的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)进行结构剖析,研究其结构与性能的关系。结果表明,独山子石化公司生产的高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶2564S、2557S、2557TH及72612S具有较好的加工性能、力学性能和老化性能,产品与炭黑结合较好,均具有较好的抗湿滑性能和低滚动阻力,其中2557S具有较好的耐低温性能,72612S则具有更低的滚动阻力。
The basic properties and structures of SSBRs,2564 S,2557S,2557 TH,and 72612 S,produced by Dushanzi Petrochemical Company of PetroChina were evaluated and compared.The results showed that all the products had high vinyl contents and exhibited good processing properties.The products displayed good bonding property with carbon black,and the SSBR vulcanizates exhibited good mechanical properties,aging resistance,wet skid resistance,and low rolling resistance.
