摘要
目的探究网络媒介在艾滋病患者健康教育中的应用。方法选择2019年9月~2021年9月我院收治的76例艾滋病患者为研究对象。按随机数表法分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组通过网络媒介进行健康教育。观察两组依从性及自我管理能力。结果观察组依从性均高于对照组,组间差异有意义(p<0.05);自我管理能力:干预后两组均有提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对艾滋病患者采用网络媒介进行健康教育,有利于提高患者的自我管理能力及治疗依从性,能改善患者健康的生活方式,增强战胜疾病的信心。
Objective To observe the application of internet media on health education for AIDS patients.Methods Totally,76 AIDS patients were admitted and treated in Deyang People's Hospital from September 2019 to September 2021.They were divided into test group and control group with 38 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the test group received health education through internet media.The treatment compliance and selfmanagement ability were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance and self-management ability in the test group were significantly improved than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusions Adopting internet media on health education for AIDS patients is advantageous to treatment compliance and self-management,improving patients’healthy life,and establishing confidence in overcoming the disease.
