摘要
人才是乡村振兴的第一资源。乡村要振兴,人才要先行。乡村振兴战略的实施,关键在于人才振兴。但在当前的乡村振兴过程中,仍面临着人才素质困境、人才机制困境和人才结构困境。从了解乡村人才振兴的必要性出发,根据所呈现出的一些困境,不断探索、多次尝试,找到解决困境的可行路径,从而促进乡村全面振兴。
Talents are the first resource for the revitalization of rural areas.In order to revitalize the countryside,talents must be trained first.The key to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy lies in the revitalization of talents.However,in the current process of rural revitalization,we are still faced with the dilemma of talent quality,talent mechanism and talent structure.Starting with understanding the necessity of revitalizing rural talents,and according to some difficulties presented,we continue to explore and try many times to find a feasible way to solve the dilemma,so as to promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.
