摘要
对土地整治和自然灾害的内涵进行界定,借助中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)的中国知网知识发现网络平台以及相关资料,并在相关理论和技术手段的支持下,从地质灾害、洪涝灾害、地震灾害等对土地影响较大的灾害,土地整治中的生态环境建设,以及存在问题较多的农村土地等方面进行系统的梳理和总结。结果发现:地质灾害与土地整治方面的研究较为丰富,农村土地整治方面的研究较多,另外以丘陵区为例进行土地整治项目也较多。在整治区域上,以生态环境较为脆弱的西部地区为主。RS和GIS技术在土地整治中的应用越来越多,为土地整治提供强有力的技术支持。未来相关研究应更加全面的进行土地综合整治,在土地整治前后充分考虑可能遭受的灾害和遭受灾害后如何实现最大效益,从而保障被整治土地最大化的为人民服务。
This article defined the connotation of natural disasters and land remediation first,and then with the help of China National Knowledge Infrastructure and related information as well as the support of related theories and technical means,conducted a systematic review and summary from the perspectives of geological disasters,floods,earthquakes and other disasters that have a great impact on the land,the ecological environment construction in the land remediation as well as the rural land where there have existed many problems.The results are shown as follows：the researches on geological disasters and land remediation are relatively abundant especially on the rural land remediation.In addition,there are various land remediation projects based on hilly regions;the land remediation mainly focuses on the western region where the ecological environment is relatively fragile;the RS and GIS technologies are increasingly adopted in land remediation,providing strong technical support for it;in the future,the related researches on land remediation should be carried out more comprehensively,and the possible disaster before the land remediation and the way to achieve maximum benefits after the disaster should be fully considered,ensuring that the remediated land benefits the people to the fullest.
