摘要
本文借鉴运用了空间理论的分析框架,简要分析社会空间与社会矛盾之间存在的内在联系和逻辑关系,解读社会矛盾纠纷发生、演变的规律特点,解构分析社会矛盾纠纷预防化解的基本路向。研究认为新型经济、新型科技发展驱动的空间生产导致消费纠纷、虚拟空间纠纷不断增多,“时空分离”“时空延展”引发了矛盾新形态,公共空间行为失范、“邻避运动”等时有发生,空间正义问题日益引起人们关注。建议根据社会矛盾纠纷与空间的关联特征,把握空间的自然性、生产性、文化性,梯次构建防范矛盾纠纷的物质防线、社会防线、思想防线,推动矛盾纠纷主动防范、多元化解。
Drawing on the analytical framework of spatial theory,this paper briefly analyzes the internal relations and logical relations between social space and social contradictions,interprets the characteristics of the occurrence and evolution of social contradictions and disputes,and explores the basic direction of the prevention and resolution of social contradictions and disputes.The analysis shows that the space production driven by the development of new economy and new science and technology has led to increasing consumer disputes and virtual space disputes.The new developments of“spatio-temporal separation”and“spatio-temporal extension”give rise to new forms of contradictions,with the violation of rules in public space and the“NIMBY movement”occurring from time to time.The issue of space justice is attracting people s attention.In the light of this,we suggest that according to the related characteristics of social contradictions and disputes and space,we should grasp the natural,productive,and cultural nature of space,construct the material,social and ideological defense lines to prevent social contradictions and disputes step by step,and promote the active prevention and diversified resolution of social contradictions and disputes.
