摘要 本文使用MIKE21 HD模块和OS模块建立了盘锦港航道所在的辽东湾海域溢油预测模型,模拟预测了不同气象条件下油膜漂移扩散规律,以及油膜对环境敏感目标的环境影响。结果表明,MIKE21 OS模块能够较好地实现油膜轨迹和分布范围的可视化和实时化,辽东湾海上溢油漂移扩散特征与溢油发生时刻、潮流及风作用密切相关,风向决定油膜漂移扩散的总体方向,潮流决定油膜漂移扩散往复运动方向;在不利风场条件下,油膜会更快到达周边环境敏感目标,可为溢油事故应急决策的制定提供科学决策和支持。 In this paper,an oil spill forecast model for Liaodong Bay area where the Panjin Port waterway is located was established based on MIKE21 HD and SA modules.The drift and diffusion regularity of oil film was studied under different meteorological conditions,and the impact of oil film on environmentally sensitive targets.The results showed that the MIKE21 OS module can better visualize and real-time the trajectory and distribution range of the oil film.The characteristics of oil film drift and diffusion in Liaodong Bay are closely related to the occurrence of oil spill,the current and the wind action.The wind direction determines the overall direction of the oil film drift diffusion,and the current determines the direction of reciprocating motion of the oil film drift and diffusion.Under unfavorable wind field conditions,the oil film will reach the sensitive target of the surrounding environment faster,which can provide scientific decision-making and support for the formulation of emergency decision-making for oil spill accidents.
