摘要
目的:分析中医药领域淋巴瘤的研究热点和趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法:以“中医药”“淋巴瘤”等为研究主题检索Web of Science核心数据库、中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库2000年1月至2022年3月的文献,运用CiteSpace软件对文献进行计量学分析。结果:共纳入中文文献525篇,英文文献291篇,年度发文量呈现波动性上升趋势。形成以甘欣锦、刘杰、KAWAGUCHIA、WUB等为核心的研究团队,团队间合作较弱。中文文献主要发文机构为上海中医药大学;英文文献主要发文机构为中国医科大学。除去与主题相关的关键词后,频数前3和中心性前3的中文关键词均为“细胞凋亡”“化疗”“名医经验”;频数前3的英文关键词为“Apoptosis”“Expression”“Activation”;中心性前3的英文关键词为“In Vitro”“Expression”“Activation”。中文关键词共形成14个聚类,20个突现词;英文关键词共形成13个聚类,23个突现词。结论:中医药领域淋巴瘤的研究方法多样,涉及实验研究、临床研究、经验传承等。中文研究热点以临床研究为主,重视对名医经验的传承;英文研究则重视中药抗淋巴瘤的实验研究。
Objective:To visualize and analyze the research hotspots and trends of lymphoma in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for follow-up research.Method:With"lymphoma""traditional Chinese medicine"as the research topics,literatures from January 2000 to March 2022 were retrieved from Web of Science core database,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.CiteSpace V5.8.R3 software was used to conduct metrological analysis of the literature.Results:A total of 525 Chinese literatures and 291 English literatures were included.The annual publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend.Forming a team with GAN Xinjin,LIU Jie,KAWAGUCHI A,and WU B and others as the core,but the cooperation was weak among teams.The main publishing institutions for Chinese literatures is Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The main publishing institutions for English literatures is China Medical University.After removing the keywords related to the theme,the Chinese keywords of the top 3 frequencies and the top 3 centrality are"apoptosis""chemotherapy"and"experience of famous doctors".The English keywords of the top 3 frequencies are"Apoptosis""Expression""Activation";the top 3 English keywords of centrality are"In Vitro""Expression"and"Activation".Chinese keywords form a total of 14 clusters and 20 emergent words;English keywords form a total of 13 clusters and 23 emergent words.Conclusion:There are various research methods for lymphoma in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,involving experimental research,clinical research,and experience inheritance.Chinese research focuses on clinical research and the inheritance of the experience of famous doctors.While English literature focus on experimental research on Chinese medicine for anti-lymphoma.
